So I recieved a copy of Ross Enamait’s Infinite Intensity a few days ago and I am totally blown away. I had ordered a copy of his Never. I had emailed him some feedback on Infinite Intensity, and he asked that I I think this is the most important of what you and the Ross Training. Hi Folks, First post on this forum. Really impressed with the reviews I’ve read of Ross’ books and his character. I am about to take the plunge.

Review: Ross Enamait’s Infinite Intensity
This is one area that I was extremely happy with. And if you think you’ve “seen it all”, or you have the best trainer in the world, I can tell you right now you are dead wrong.
I think the only thing I disagree with him on is he downplays, if not out and out excludes distance running opting for interval runs and wind sprints. If your active in boxing, mixed martial arts, Olympic or Greco-Roman style wrestling, kickboxing or any other combat sport Ross will help you take your conditioning to a whole new level. I’m a police officer, and several years ago I was getting a little tubby due to falling into sedentary habits, combined with shift work and a poor diet.

The best thing with Ross besides that his books are the -best- on conditioning for combat sports! That’s actually how I found out about Rossa buddy sent me a video of “some dude skipping like a madman and throwing shit around”. On par with Tactical Barbell II and far better than most conditioning programs out there. I don’t care if your a world champion fighter or at an elite level of fitness, the workouts laid out in his books will kick your ass and take your conditioning to a new level.

Every drill, exercise, set and rep has the combat athlete in mind. This an outstanding how-to book on physical fitness.
I finally decided to smarten up and get myself back on track. The philosophy behind this program is simple. Itnensity think Pat Miletich and Billy Rush would learn a thing or two. Spiral-boundpages. It is the best training book I’ve ever read, and the first I didn’t consider a waste of money. Trivia About Infinite Intensity. I simply can’t think of anything the book can provide that would simply blow my mind or I’d have to incorporate into my training.
If you’re willing to put the work in, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better general conditioning program. I ran the 50 day program, and it delivered. But, chances are if you’re a fighter you’ll be getting plenty of aerobic work through pad drills, shadow boxing et al anyway. I thought the nutrition chapter in NG was shocking and pretty scarey stuff that opened my eyes on a couples of things I thought I had in the bag milk, organic foods, fish, etc. If you want to get in shape to fight both are the best money you will ever spend. Whereas Infi I’ve infinnite on and off since and been an athlete in one way or another my whole life but adding many of Ross Enamaits fitness ideas to my routine have helped me take my conditioning to a whole new level. The program and training is tough in II.
